Items we select

Items are selected for consignment

based predominantly on their seasonality and condition.

We ask that you only bring clothes that are appropriate for the

time of year and that are

 freshly laundered and 'shop ready'.

Collecting your items

Items are kept in the shop for a period of 4 weeks. At the end of the 4 weeks, if you have chosen to collect your items, you must do so as soon as possible. As our shop is small with limited storage, we cannot hold items for longer than the agreed time frame.

Our fees for service

We take a 50% commission of the sale price on any items that are sold.

Through thorough research and experience, we will always aim to select the best selling price we can for your items.

Our main priority when selecting items for consignment is that they are likely to sell.

We only accept items that are suitable to the relevant time of year e.g. summer dresses in June/July or coats from September onwards.

We currently do not accept any Mother of the Bride outfits or formal dresses e.g. prom dresses, ball gowns.

Brands that are popular in the shop include;

GANNI, Sezane, Rino & Pelle, Massimo Dutti, Anine Bing,

Essential Antwerp, & Other Stories, Hush, COS, Arket,

Seventy + Mochi, Aligne, TOAST, Acne Studios, Damson Madder.

We also assist in selling designer items such as;

Celine, Gucci, Mulberry, Prada, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Chanel.

What we sell...

How it works...

Items that are selected for consignment are kept in the shop for 4 weeks.

 If you have chosen to collect your items, you will be given a date for collection.

If your items are not collected within 7 days of your given date they will be donated to charity.

Whilst we take every care to look after your items,

Déjà Vu takes no responsibility for any items left in the shop by owners and you do so at your own risk.

Once your items have been taken on consignment, it is your responsibility as the owner to get in touch and seek update on their sale progress.

We do not provide any updates in relation to sale or collection as is specified to you at the time of drop off.

We will make payment owed to you upon request and typically not until the end of the 4 weeks.

Déjà Vu take a 50% commission on all items sold.

If you have any high value, designer items that you would like to sell, we are happy to consider negotiations with regards to our commission so please get in touch!
