Return & Refund Policy

We really hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, don’t worry! If you’d like to return something, just drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at hello@dejavu.wales with the subject line RETURN REQUEST. Once we’ve confirmed, you’ll then have 14 days from the date you received your order to send it back to us.

Most of our customers choose store credit, which arrives as a handy e-voucher and means you can pick out something you’ll truly love next time. If you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method, that’s also available within 14 days.

Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we kindly ask that you use a tracked service so your parcel makes its way back to us safely.

In-store Returns

Our refund and return policy at Déjà Vu is designed to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We strongly encourage our customers to try items on whilst in the shop, as this is one of the luxuries of the in person shopping experience we offer.

However, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned and are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the item, if returned within 14 days of purchase.
